Overview[]
It's Daisy's birthday but all is not well at 23, Meteor Street. The survival of the group is threatened when Marsha begins to suspect things between Daisy and Tim are not what they seem...
Synopsis[]
Marsha still thinks that Tim and Daisy are a couple, and when she sees Tim kissing and flirting with Sophie she gets suspicious. Meanwhile, Tim has arranged a surprise birthday cake for Daisy in the shape of a typewriter but, when Marsha hints that Tim should come clean about his relationship with Sophie, he misinterprets this to mean he should tell her about the cake.
Later that night at Daisy's birthday dinner, tensions between the group finally surface; Mike is jealous that Tim has been ignoring him to spend all his time with Sophie, Tim is angry at Twist for belittling Brian and Marsha tells Daisy that Tim is cheating on her with Sophie. When Daisy replies with the truth about their relationship, that Tim and Daisy lied about being together to get the flat, Marsha states that she made no such stipulation in the ad (in fact it was a typo by the advertiser). Humiliated after realizing that she's the only one who didn't know the truth, Marsha leaves the restaurant and moves out of the flat. As the group realises their poor behaviour, Mike and Brian set off to track down Marsha and bring her home.
